However, the sheer psychological torture of dealing with their staff has forced this 1-star review. Every single month for the last year, they have failed to follow up on prescription refills at my pharmacy. It's NOTHING short of crazy-making; I'll call, verify that the vet wrote a 12-month refill, ask why it wasn't sent to the pharmacy, receive reassurance that they will follow up, and they go dark. I'll call back, they'll transfer me, ask the same questions a million times, promise to call it in, not follow up, and the cycle continues. Shame on me for giving them so many chances; I will have to find a new vet, which is really unfortunate since their medical staff is amazing. But it isn't worth the stress of spending hours trying to get a simple prescription filled every month.
