  • This place ain't half bad. Your basic pub fare and reasonable enough beer choices. I like the booths along the wall. Went in there randomly on a saturday night. Between a decent poutine, a short bar brawl (enjoyed at a safe distance), and some acceptable cover band playing Hendrix - wasn't a bad night overall. Some of my friends ordered some of the other food off the menu: burgers, wings and some french dip. All reported the food was decent, but nothing mind blowing. There was something interesting about their nachos - but I can't remember anymore what it was. One strange thing about his place is the size of their beer glasses. Not quite pint size. Found that somewhat annoying given the prices are the same as everywhere else.
