  • Food and service was very good, except that our server seemed a little aloof. Not in the way you might expect at a popular in demand three star Michelin restaurant, but in a way you would expect from someone who really didn't like being there, or us for that matter, although the hostess and the busboys were cordial and polite. We dressed business casual for dinner but the people sitting next to us on either side were in shorts, sandals and T-shirts, and looked like they just came in from walking the Vegas Strip all day in 110 degree heat. This somehow took away from the ambience of what was a really nice room. Wine list was just ok, food quality was excellent and a good value. Would have given 5 stars but for our servers attitude and the atmosphere/vibe in what should've been a pleasant dining room.
