  • I moved in about a month ago and I know time tells the whole story but I'd like to share my experience so far. I reserved my rental about 3 months before getting here because I was moving to Scottsdale from Memphis, TN. They allowed me to ship about 6 large sized boxes and put them in my apartment for me before arrival. When I moved out here I hardly had anything so they put together a little survival kit to get me going. It had toilet paper, dishwashing soap, paper towels, a few waters, and some snacks. Great! A few days ago my disposal quit working so I put in a fix it ticket at work around 2:00pm thinking they would get to it in a few days. No, by the time I got home from work it was already fixed! (A little embarrassing I had still dirty dishes in the sink from breakfast but that didn't stop them. Management is great the other tenants are really friendly and so far I love it!
