  • My mom made reservations in March so they(my dad who since passed my mom and two brothers) could be here and when got here they could not provide her with what they had reserved.T hey were to be in a suite and they ended up being separated. They also said they tried calling but she did not get any call... They down graded them to two smaller rooms that were not connecting. They did give them cheaper price but still were not treated well. The beds were not comfortable and they had a pull out bed and queen bed for both my brothers. When telling front desk the gentleman ignored her and when walking out said a smart comment that it must of been good your leaving.
