I was really frustrated with my Macys credit card. I went online to pay off my revolving account and it's mixed up with my 12 months no interest bill. It's hot outside and I want to pay this credit card off and just make payments on my 12 month no interest transaction. There is no customer service department anymore you have to go to any register. The lady that assisted me told me I can't pay off my regular credit card and I said I do not want to pay interest. I want to pay one off and make a payment on the 12 months special. Finally I advised her to get someone from credit on the phone. After 30 minutes I was able to pay my bill in the manner I wanted to. It's just a lack training of all employees how to accept payments properly. Other than that. I love Macy's and all the coupons and deals.
