  • Do your self a favor and stay away from Verizon in general. Got new IPhones here, me and my husband, changed plans , zero balance with Verizon. 6 months later got a collection bill (no bill from Verizon) for a mistake that an employee made at that time. Mean while they don't send you a bill they send you straight to collection ! Enough said , enough reason to move with T Mobile ! Anyway I don not need the "better" signal from Verizon, try cutting back an phone, trying to enjoy life more, so a poor signal is better for that reason ! That reliable Verizon is , slapping you in the face with: I am sorry, it was a mistake ! A mistake that my credit score got "injured". If that's how Verizon makes money , good riddance to you! 6 years of headaches , every month a new charge or another mistake . Shame on me, it took me 6 years of realizing this !
