  • Unfortunately I had to give at least one star , but trust me they don't deserve anything!! To say this store is a NIGHTMARE is an UNDERSTATEMENT! I bought my wedding gown here only because the sales girl Aly showed me their shipping schedule and told me I might not get one in time if I waited longer so I bought the dress even paying an expedite fee of $75.00. Come to find out not only did my dress not arrive when expected, but the manager at the time Chris told me that I should not have seen the shipping schedule as it is not accurate. She also told me that not only was my dress not going to be here for another few weeks, but that is was sold on the expedite fee when my dress was unable to be "expedited." Not only that but 2 out of 5 of my bridesmaid dress were missing beading on arrival. Because of this she said she would cover the charges for alterations for my 5 bridesmaids dresses, but later to find out only 3 needed alterations. Chris also put the $75.00 expedite fee towards a pair of flats I wanted, but because they didn't have the actual shoe in store I received a size that was too small now running the possibility of not having them for the wedding. By the grace of God everything came in and I picked up my shoes and gown the day before the wedding. However the morning of I try on my shoes and they're too small!!! The sales girl nor I (because you have to make sure they're doing their job) checked the size before leaving. I had to have my mother and sister in law get me shoes day of. After the 6 hours of wearing my gown most of the beads had fallen off the dress. I take it back and the managers Ashley and Nicole offer me a free gown preservation that they advertise will take a total of 10 WEEKS. After 12 weeks I went back to the store and not only had NOTHING been done with my dress, but no one decided to call me. Ashley then promised on 10/7/2015 when the dress should have been more than ready to pick up, that she would have it expedited to 4 weeks. Today marks 4 weeks and once again I go to the store because no one called me to check on my dress. DRESS IS STILL BEING CLEANED!!!! Apparently whoever is cleaning it put a note in the system saying that it would take 2-6 weeks to be completed. I spent close to over $3,000.00 in this store and gave them multiple chances to make it up to me, yet all they do is say "oh I'm so sorry". The fact of the matter is that if they were really sorry they wouldn't let this happen time after time. Here it is almost 5 MONTHS AFTER my wedding and I'm still dealing with them. I really do not know how this place is in business!!!! BEWARE BRIDES BEWARE!!!!!! If they can screw up this many times in one order it's bound to happen again! The only person at this store was the seamstress Deb. Other than that it's not worth shopping here.
