  • Came off very unprofessional. As a fellow business owner you should go above and beyond for each client or at least the minimum. Not have people talking to you in the background while you are trying to schedule an appointment, tell you you'll get to your appointment when their in the area/ when they have time, not call them and give them a heads up when you aren't going to make it or even attempt to give a time at all on when you can. All I wanted was my couch clean and it felt like pulling teeth trying to get "Kleen King" to do anything definitely decided to take my business elsewhere.
