  • The service I received for the typical oil change was horrendous. My car went in just fine, just needed the oil changed and it came out broken. It broke down about 10 mins out of the dealership. Next morning had to tow it back to the shop, come to find out the man forgot to put the oil cap back on and ruined something in my engine WHICH they expected me to pay to repair. When the tow truck came the man noticed my tires were all bald and needed to be changed, which they should've notices... They made me pay for those put took the labor fees off. No one apologized which was my biggest issue. This was the second time I went to this location, first time was alright but it was with a different adviser who was no longer there the second time.
