  • Yesterday I met with the Office Manager Delana regarding a huge billing situation that no one from Corporate or Customer Service seemed to be able to assist me with for months. Hands down to this woman, she is without a doubt the best person to run that office. She knew exactly what to do. She really made me feel important and was personable which goes a long way in customer service! She is without a doubt one of the best managers I have ever met, is a huge asset to the company, and deserves to be recognized for all her honest/dedicated work! This office is excellent, not your ordinary Western Dental office!
