  • Rock Star Boot Camp would get 10 stars + if I had my way!!! I started at RSBC back in 2011, didn't know what to expect my first day like many...after that day...I was hooked!!! In 90 days I ate right and got in the best shape of my life thanks to Curtis and his positive, challenging, ever changing workout routines. 2012 came and work moved me out of AZ...I wanted to keep staying in shape, so I joined a boot camp in my new area...Nope! bad idea..lol it was not good! It was missing something...so I joined another boot camp...same thing, just not right...so a 3rd boot camp!!! terrible!!! Long story short...I gave up. got fat and didn't work out for 5 yrs. Fast forward to 2017...I moved back to AZ and the first thing I did was join RSBC again...I couldn't wait!!! IT IS AMAZING!!! Better than before!!! How could this be? I loved it!!! What was the missing link none of those other boot camps had???...Curtis Hoekstra (and the awesome music he plays during workouts)!!! Curtis is the reason RSBC is the best of all!!! Then I meet Mindy Hunt...Could this get any better? Yes it can! Her story is an inspiration for all of us. Mindy started RSBC like the rest of us trying to have a better, healthier life...but she took it to a whole new level!!! She is now a trainer at RSBC on days Curtis is off and let me tell you, he couldn't of found a better person for the job!!! Mindy is AWESOME!!!! (and the old school funk tunes she plays during workouts)!!! Coming back to RSBC changed my life for the better...Thank you Curtis & Mindy for making everyday a new challenge and for being the true Rock Stars at RSBC! You're the Best!!!! Todd M
