  • okay i wish i had reviewed this for the first time when i had my first wax here almost 2 years ago because I was hovering over 2 stars. I don't remember the technician's name but I haven't seen her since. She wasn't super friendly, and the experience was just really informal. Strip inside the room, etc. She barely spoke. It was so MEH. NOW. NOW. I have given them 5-stars now. I have had two different amazing aesthetician since coming back here (a desperate time needed to get a wax called for a last minute, late night appointment). I used to see a technician that has now moved but have switched to Jakeisha, and I absolutely ADORE her. She is professional, quick, and so friendly. She has the warmest smile and I wouldn't ever want to see anyone else.
