  • I am letting you know this is an awful company I booked a car on a website called rentalcars.com and purchased low cost insurance a head of time for $11 a day plus I brought my personal 21st Century insurance card. The total cost was $79.49 on the Itinerary this was for three days. I gave the agent my booking number, and I told him about the insurance he refused to use the purchased insurance, and stated if anything happens to the car he would contact my personal insur. He gave me the contract a mistake I didn't look at the price. I ended up getting charged $93.51 I guess I was lucky they really could of stuck it to me for more money the car was a PT Cruiser with over 38,000 miles that need an front end aliment when I complained about the price the employees laughed at me, and one agent said why are you worried about $15.00, and stated that I didn't have an Itinerary that the contract was sign by me. Buyer beware!!!!!!! I did report this company to the Better Business Bureau. I never booked a rental car that requried gas receipt upon return you know its not the money it the principal. One good thing rentalcars.com did refund the insurance money after I complained.
