  • I have made appointments for the same MRI 2 separate times. The first time, after waiting 90 minutes for my scheduled MRI, I had to ask how much longer before they got me in, to which they responded 40 minutes. On the second occasion, the "make-up" appointment if you will, I waited for 30 minutes when they informed me it would be another hour (past my appointment time) before they would get me on the table. Two afternoons off work, 3 hours wasted and I'm no closer to having my MRI completed. Very disappointed in the way this facility is being managed and recommend utilizing another facility unless you literally have time to kill.
