| - We've all been to grocery stores, and this is certainly a grocery store with all the standard features, like a deli, a bakery, beer and wine, and everything else. The process are good, which I've come to expect from Kroger chains, but what sets them apart from the Albertson's across the way is the service. Now, Albertson's is not unfriendly, but the amount of associates that have gone or if their way to help me at this Smith's is amazing.
I had a problem with a prepaid debit reload card being expired, somehow, when I tried to load it and thus recharge my debit card. Not only did the bagger run and fetch a few more from the aisle to make sure there would be a backup in case a second one also had issues, but the checker personally apologized to her other customers as well as me regarding the delay as a manager came to set the register right. I also came seeking pumpkin pie ice cream, and though they had received it, they hadn't set it out. The stock girl went back and got me a tub just because I asked if they had it; I didn't even have to ask.
That's what sets this Smith's apart--the service. Both the day and overnight crews have been wonderful. I'll be back.
