rev:text	Manager is rude and not very smart every time you need something fixed takes forever if they even show up when I moved in over two years ago manager and office people were amazing now it's a joke you get nothing but talked to like a kid also every year they go up about $150 a month even when you have never been late will not fix the mold in the wall from the leak in the roof that took over 3 weeks to fix also don't get one that's in the ground will flood every time it rains 1st year here flooded 4 times and they pay for nothing any thing that was on the floor was trash told us sorry we don't cover natural disasters every time also brings in turbo fans for a week to dry floor use your power you have to pay about $100 they say sorry floor is dry so what you want us to do so by far worst place to live so glad I'm out in 2 weeks did I even say how rude the manager is yells at you or hides in the back room on her butt in clothes way to small for her nasty is all I can say
