A very fun and affordable activity since you get a free meal with it!
When we came to Montreal, we didn't really have plans but this was one of the things that showed up for things to do! So glad it did because it was so much fun!
We did the 30 min lunch cooking class and we made chicken risotto and it was so good.
WARNING: the whole thing was taught in French! Although the instructor translates some of it in English, it was basically 90% taught in French. That was the fun part, tho! The chef translated it enough so you would know the steps. I also asked him questions in English so that's no problem.
Each of you are given a task so for example, some were put in charge to chop onions, shred the chicken, actually cook the dish. Only two people can actually cook so FYI- you might not be up there on the stove but it's still fun!
Really a great experience! We loved it and recommend it to anyone visiting or even for locals.
