rev:text	Idk how to start this one....umm well unfortunately I dislike the service as far as the staff wasn't to friendly. I took my car in for an oil change and a smog check. I called to make an appointment and was told there is a coupon online for a discount on the oil change. Ok great saves me $10.00. I get there and give the guy (Damn I wish I got his name) my keys, he doesn't even say what he's going to do just walks outside with my keys, then comes back in and asks for my coupon. Well I have it on my phone. No you have to have it. Well you didn't mention I had to print it off and neither did the website(now a days you just show on your phone and there you go) he says well I'll go ahead and give you the discount but next time you need the coupon. Ok.... Now I'm waiting for them to finish with my car. The guy tells me you have a nail in your left rear tire we can't fix it, I'll quote you a price but you should just get a used tire. Umm wtf?! So then I pay, and the guy never tells me the price for the tires just hands me paperwork. Yea to say the least I went to Big O Tires and yes they fixed my tire that had a nail for free! (which to be honest looked like someone just stuck it in there) Will not be going back to this firestone. Very disappointed in the service.
