Went to make a deal on a Rav 4. It was a reasonable deal with substantial cash down. It was getting late and didn't come to an agreement. The Sales manager said it was his final offer but I didn't sign. So as I was leaving, he threw my paperwork in the trash can. Made me a little nervous to have my personal information merely tossed in the trash for anyone to rummage through.
The next day, I got a call from the sales person who showed me the car and he left a voice mail asking if I was still interested. I tried to call him back but he didn't answer his phone. I tried back a few hours later and was told he went home but I could leave voicemail. I was transferred. A kid picked up so I was apparently transferred to someone's home. I called back and asked again to be transferred to his line. Again, I got the same child. I then called the sales department and asked for his manager (I know, I tried way too hard considering how many Toyota dealers there are in town). He told me who the sales person's manager was and suggested I have the operator transfer me to him, which I did and I apparently woke him up. He said he would have the sales person call me back the next day...problem is, he didn't ask who I was.
They clearly don't care about customers. I gave them one star because they have a nice showroom. Try somewhere else.
