  • I'm part of a group that is celebrating our birthdays together and we thought a little cosmetic surgery would be a fun way to celebrate - so after lots of researching on several Dr's, I found Dr Smith and a few others to make consultations to get a feel for the office and bedside manners. Made an appointment for consultation- staff was extremely friendly and helpful with my request over the phone- Unfortunately, on the day of my appointment the office was severely backed up and when talking to other guests waiting in the lobby, this has happened before. They promptly received my consultation fee and told me another 10 minutes or so. After literally, a hour and a half of waiting in the office- I decided this practice was not a good fit for me and my group- as I was leaving all that could come to my mind on how this service was and what the potential for the Dr could have been -Julia Roberts/ Pretty Woman 'big mistake, huge' ! My experience was unique, I'm hoping. But will not use this Dr for any of our services.
