  • Still waiting for my car after 3hrs. Very frustrating when it's a simple and pre-scheduled oil change. Update: after waiting 3.5 hrs and discovering they had not even started on my car yet, I asked for my keys and left. We'll never purchase from Autonation again, and never use them for service again.
