  • Spent $1300 on a mountain bike , they refused to throw in a water bottle cage ( value $8?) quoting " sorry, maybe a mom-and-pop store can do things like that , but we are a corporate store it's impossible" This was the manger .... I asked him as a manager if he did not have the authority to approve a free eight dollar water bottle for someone who just spent $1300 on a bicycle what exactly is he managing ? Disappointed .....the bike on the other hand was top notch .. Service aside
