I found the juice to be quite good, probably the best I've had that wasn't made at home. I had one of their holiday limited time only juices. The lady at the register was quite knowledgeable and helpful in getting me info on all the juices available at that time.
My only issue with Cru Juice and a lot of trendy places in Calgary is that it is made for people with a six-figure income but marketed towards the creative professional who makes half that. Sure, there are $4 items like water and nuts (or how about a $3 raw chocolate peanut butter cup?); however, most juice items are $7 to $12. Is it sustainable? Only time will tell, especially in this market.
I'm happy that the company is doing well and opening up various locations. However, I won't be a regular customer. I may perhaps stop in if I just landed a new client or finished a large project to celebrate. I'll continue making my own juice and/or stopping in at a Jugo Juice and pay half the price.
