Having to charge for overnight parking was unfair being guests staying in the hotel for two nights. Likewise, the key card system was an utter failure. Despite many arrangements made with the front desk, scanning the keycard never worked and lead to major traffic jams at the booth. And to top it all, the concierge named Sunny, was unapologetic and cared less for our concerns. And that unsympathetic behavior erased all the good experience. Never again!!!
