Every time I visit ULTA at this location I am extremely disappointed with the customer service, or no service at all. I get it if it's busy, but when it is slow there is no excuse to treat a customer as if they don't matter when there are only about 10 customers in the store that deserve the attention they need. I don't usually wait to be approached because in the past it would take a while, I approach a sales person and I get a look like I am bothering them. I ask to help find a product, ask for some advice, and recently asked to be color matched in the LancĂ´me section. There isn't any connection with the customer. Basically a "get your product and leave" attitude. Knowing that this is one of the busiest stores on the west coast I would think upper management and directors would take responsibility to keep their client satisfied. It's a world of beauty... take some extra time to research about the business of working with women and their precious beauty products. Maybe contact SEPHORA and ask them for advice. I have given ULTA multiple chances because this location is so convenient for me and carries most of my beauty products. I kept hoping that not all staff members are the same, but unfortunately to me this location is hopeless with miserable workers and no management in sight.
