  • Edit: Finding the service declining, so I've dropped from a 5* to a 3*. Bummer! Initial review: Had a really positive experience. Started on the phone, calling to see what was in stock-really friendly and thorough. Went in, they built two bikes for me to try, had up to 3 people helping me (on a Saturday, store was busy), and left with a great bike and FIVE YEARS UNLIMITED FREE tune-ups. That's pretty impressive. Totally recommend.
