  • Agreed with all of the previous reviews that Heritage is a top notch fish and chips place. I ate here once by chance as we were driving north and had to take out food quickly on the road. We detoured into a mall and saw a lot of cars in front of the store. We took it as a good sign and joined the line up. We were wowed by the quality: the halibut was thick (1 inch I think), the scallops were fresh and sweet, the tartar sauce was the best (or just my perception, but it tasted great with the seafood). All were well fried and wrapped in some newspaper the old fashioned way. I have never been one who love fried food, but I have fallen in love with Heritage. Heritage is a great find. I have no reservation recommending it to anyone who loves fish and chips. Please note that Heritage has 3 Brampton and 1 Milton locations. I don't know if they all taste the same, but I guess you can check the reviews of other locations.
