  • I agree with Joseph M. I've lived in these apartments for four and half years. I've never had a problem until the new management (Allison-Shelton Realty) took over. I wasn't able to give the management my check for ten days because they have the same work hours as what most people work. I'm unable to get my packages because of their hours, as well. I paid a few days early last month and I got an eviction notice. Even though I handed it to the manager, who can be very defensive, she put the notice on my door, blaming a "computer problem." I don't receive calls back from the office, they don't send out notices, and the appliances are sub-par. They are are also not keeping track of who is living in the apartments since I got a notification a couple weeks ago that a sex offender had made this his address. The area is beautiful though.
