  • Just a little disclaimer: I haven't actually bought furniture here YET. However, if you're wondering about their customer service, it's impeccable. Since most of their sofas (that aren't on the show floor) take up to 8 weeks to be delivered, I ended up not purchasing anything. Even when Cathy knew I wasn't going to purchase anything, she provided me with tons of information on stuff to look for in a good sofa to make my search easier. I'll be returning in the future when I have the money to spend on high-quality coffee/side tables. They were BEAUTIFUL and I can't wait to return :)
