| - I know each customer has their own, different experience, but based on mine, I'd say the company is an overall good one. At least, during the years they serviced our property. (We stopped service with them a little less than one year ago because we had to move from our house to an apartment.)
The exterminators themselves... well... it depends on who gets sent to your home. When we had a house, Cody (who I don't think works for the company anymore) would service it. He was knowledgeable, conscientious, patient, and timely - an excellent exterminator. But he left the state, so the company then started sending over a young woman named Jessica to service our place.
We usually got serviced on a particular day of the week, each month/every other month. When we wanted to change the day of service, Jessica got ticked off at us over the phone and told us that if this was the case, then she would "have to re-enter us as a new client". Huh? Seemed strange and unnecessary, from a customer's point of view. At this point we had been with the company for years already. Customers (especially loyal ones) shouldn't have to be re-entered as new clients just because changing the day of service will disrupt a worker's timetable and/or paycheck. Customers come first. That girl needs an attitude check, quick. Or, a re-training with a focus in customer service.
Anyhoo, after we informed the company about that whole exchange, they apologized to us, told us that it was not even necessary for us to be re-entered as a new client, could not have been more gracious, and started sending over someone new. He was better.
