rev:text	I want to give this experience a two stars and ill tell you why i called to schedule an after noon appointment and it was confirmed for 330pm. I arrived on time and notice my stylist was still working with a client running late her client had wet hair and not styled they tell me shes running a lil late but i should b right up i said ok no problem i waited till 415pm and she pulls me to the chair next to her client so i showed her the picture of what i wanted and she said oh no !! Theres no way i can do your hair today so i explained to her i had an event that weekend and i had arranged babysitter, work schedules around this appointment and drove an hr to get to here she said I'm sorry i cant and sends me away with me having to come in in two days to get it done and adds she will give me a discount for her mess up double booking !!! So when i get there i go straight to the chair no waiting and she was real nice talkative and all she tells shes really happy my hair was lifting great so at this point I'm really happy and have no worries i again show her the picture of what i wanted and she never told me ones i was not gonna achieve that silver ashy color so we go rinse my hair i get to the chair and my hair is super yellow so i start getting worried but she keeps insisting my hair was lifted perfectly even the stylist Anna agreed that my hair listed super good so i tried not to worry so i go to get my hair washed and toned as I'm sitting in the chair with wet hair the lady in the front desk comes to me and says we are closing the register can you pay now i said of course i can so i hand her my card and she asked if i want to leave a tip i said yes !!! So my bill is payed for and done !!as she starts drying my hair i notice so much yellow in my hair like if i had blond hair with yellow highlights she styles it and tells me my hair came out so good and that the yellow i see will come off with purple shampoo at this point its dark outside it was late i was exhausted of being there so long so i leave un happy !!! I get home and the first thing my daughter and husband say is ur hair is yellow so i start freaking out i email my stylist on Instagram and she was really rude and not understanding and i can post those screenshots as well so she said better yet i will have my supervisor call you so you can come back to fix it . I emailed jay and no response all next day so i decided to call and i end up talking to luis he apologized for the inconvenience and said i talked to Juana and she said she was gonna call you to come back before you emailed her with ur concern witch i don't believe because the whole time she was saying my hair was nice and came out good totally ignoring all the yellow spots in my hair so rude and fake !! I had payed with out seeing the results and tipped her super good. And i still get an attitude because she screwed up my hair so unprofessional and i seriously never thought this would happen to me here at this salon i been here 3 times and this one was definitely my last I'm so disappointed in their costumer service being that they are a really known, expensive hair salon so sad !! Oh well I'm finally gonna hopefully get my hair fixed by one of their competitors here in vegas so i will be posting pictures as soon as i get this fixed sad that i have to pay again because she couldn't take the time to do my hair right !! And jay didn't even bother to consult me before she ruined my hair ughhh !!!! Btw my stylist was Juana
