  • I went in after months of passing this store by to browse around and was not impressed by the service. I was ignored by the sales person for the entire time I was walking around the store, and at one point when I was looking at some pots on a shelf she reached in front of me across my chest (no actual contact but definitely within personal boundary space) to get something off the shelf. No eye contact, no saying excuse me. It was like I was a ghost she couldn't see. When I finally decided on an item to purchase I had to track her down and she acted apathetic to the sale. Now maybe she had a bad day or was tired after a long shift, which I get because everyone has those days, but I don't think it's that hard to say hello when a customer walks in or excuse me when you're reaching in front of them to get something. I'm not someone who expects doting service, but I do expect staff to be helpful when I need them. The plants themselves seemed good and I would only go back if they stock plants that I can't find elsewhere. I'd definitely not go here counting on good service. TL;DR flowers are good, staff ignore you
