I was mesmerized the second I stepped into the building. It reminded me of the grand central station in New York and it felt cool traveling back in time to the 1920s. The decor of the cafe was on point; simple, clean, and modern but fit so well with the space. The high ceiling made the entire place seem so open and grand even though it was just a cafe. There are private meeting rooms on each side which I assume can be occupied by anyone, as everyone who comes by are generally there to work for a longer period of time. The actual Crew group is also working in he same space behind the cafe bar and wow, their office space makes me want to work for them tbh. They prepare everything at the bar so you could see how they were making your food and beverages which just adds more to the authenticity.
I ordered a matcha latte and though it was only mediocre, I've decided that I would definitely bring some work and come visit again; perhaps try a different drink or food. This space is just so inspiring, coming here prompted me to do some of my own research on the collective as well as the old Royal Bank that used to be there--it's all very interesting. I would recommend everyone to check this place out, even if it's just for the interior!
