  • This should really be a 4.5 My puppers was having some sinus issues, so I called on a Saturday morning for an appointment. They are pretty busy on the weekends, but I was able to get a same day afternoon appointment. Easy to find the building and plenty of parking. The receptionists were friendly, and very sweet to my boy. I was at ease that he would be treated well. We saw the vet, she very kind as well, and was able to get his issue diagnosed and meds preacribed. What he needed was stocked and ready in the building, so there was no wait time or going to another location for pick up. I don't know if it was just because his issue was common, or if they keep various meds on site. His wellness check, deworming prevention, and meds all came out to $40. Less than I was anticipating, which was a huge plus. My only issue was that it did take a while to be seen. Partly because it was our first time there, and partly because his previous vet had to fax over his records. Still, I arrived at 2:15pm for a 2:30pm appointment and wasn't seen until 3. I am still very pleased with the experience and will definitely make this my pup's regular vet.
