  • Very disappointed with recent perishable shipment I sent with them. I was going to ship this package with them via USPS which had 2 day shipping from Madison to Houston. I was talked into spending more money to ship vis UPS because they had a "guaranteed delivery" of 3 days, so it was "guaranteed " to arrive on Friday and not sit over a weekend. So much for the "guarantee"! It got to Houston on Friday at 8:20pm but they won't deliver it now until Monday. I'm sure this shipment will be DOA on Monday. Not only am I out the cost of the food shipped but the UPS Store will not refund my $50 shipping cost. Don't use UPS. Snail mail is much faster!?!
