Thankfully I caught the horrible service before attempting to move here. I called on a Friday and was told they had a two bedroom town home that would be available for my timeframe in May. Perfect I thought. Did my homework and read reviews but figured since the leasing agent who answered was so sweet, I'd give then shot. Unfortunately Ashley (the sweet one I just mentioned) was not in.
I walked in ( the following Tuesday) while another previous resident was there disputing a charge. The leasing agent, Ashley B. seemed to give short answers. Mind you I've been sitting for about 5 minutes give or take with no acknowledgement. Not a, "I'll be with you soon" or "hello". Nothing. Ok...continue waiting until after she gives previous resident "Sure, I guess" answers. She asks, can I help you? All while sitting at her desk! What?! Don't you get a commission off of those that you lease? Yet you sot your ass behind a desk?! Never bothered to greet me, shake me hand, offer a welcoming smile. Nothing. She proceeds to tell me prices went up and immediately pulls out a brochure and starts writing down prices. Told her not in my price range (it wasn't) and walked the hell out. Im glad I trusted my gut feeling. Take note from the previous reviews.
