  • Echo Sushi is probably my favourite AYCE sushi restaurant in toronto. The fish is of very high quality, the selection is great and the service is incredibly fast. Unlike other AYCE places that don't bring everything you order, Echo brings everything - and super fast. Their salmon sashimi is great given that Toronto isn't near an ocean. Must Haves: - Salmon Sashimi - Spicy Chicken - Spicy Tuna Maki - A roll made with Brown Rice (it's more purple than brown and it's delicious.) All in all, if you're looking for that AYCE experience, don't look further than Echo - heck, even their salad dressing is actually THE BEST. I have come many, many times and look forward to returning for many years.
