  • Very poor communication. Very difficult to get anyone on the phone. This is a second job for the owner, and I don't think that they have any full time employees. They called me the day before my wedding to tell me that the buses would be smaller than originally promised. I got a lot of complaints from guests reported that the buses were overcrowded and very hot.
