  • I had an experience that was the complete opposite to the one-star rating given in 2010. My girlfriend and I were shopping for furniture, and we went EVERYWHERE. I had purchased from Brian's in a previous "life," so I decided to take my girlfriend there with me to look. Brian's didn't disappoint. They offer high quality furniture in high quality fabrics. Nearly all pieces of furniture can be upholstered in the fabric of your choosing, and they have a HUGE selection of fabrics to choose from. They also have wood furniture, dining sets, bedroom sets, cabinets... You will not be hounded when you walk in the door. A salesperson may say "hello," but they are not inclined to follow you around. You're free to just look around. If you see something you like, ask and they'll be happy to tell you all about the item(s) you're interested in. Low pressure sales at its finest. And once you do decide to pull the proverbial trigger you'll be shocked at how reasonable the price really is given the overall quality of the furniture, and fabric offerings available. We purchased a sofa, two chairs and a sofa table. I will also be returning to price a custom entertainment center. That's right, custom. Brian's will build your furniture!!! It's incredible! If you're looking for cheap discount furniture, Brian's may not the place for you (I'd recommend Value City Furniture or Levin if that's where you are budget-wise). But if you're looking for some of the best quality furniture you can find this side of Amish Country, then go check out Brian's; family-owned and operated since 1986. I promise you, you won't be disappointed.
