  • I read all the wonderful reviews and went to this salon on a friends recommendation. Perhaps this is for a younger clientele. I brought in pics to show her the classic bob I normally wear. My cut was nothing like it. I was so disappointed when I got home I called back and cancelled my follow-on appt. What is very surprising to me is that I left a message cancelling the appt and saying I was unhappy with the result. I'd have expected a call back and at least an offer to try and make it better as a normal part of customer service. I got nothing.
