  • Horribly unprofessional. My warranty sent a repair to them to fix an appliance. The ONLY appointment offered was 3 days from now with a 4 hour window. I own a contracting company. 4 hour windows are excuses to show up whenever they feel like it. When I said that didn't work for me, the woman on the phone was rude and called me a "jackass" and hung up on me. This company clearly relies on referrals from home warranties because there's no way they can earn customers the old fashioned way. It's no secret that home warranty companies use the "dredges of contractor society" because warranty companies don't pay enough money to get good contractors to run their calls. This company is the epitome of "dredges of contractor society."
