  • Horrible customer service!!! Came in to the store today and greeted me nor gave me a coupon.. I've been standing there waiting for my husband for 15 minutes and was completely ignored. I made eye contact with a few employees but none of them even said anything. I finally checked out and was asked if anybody assisted me. I told her "no and nobody offered me a coupon either." This stupid girl looked away and said I'll still give you the discount. She didn't apologize.. she just kept doing what she was doing. So I asked, "why?" And she looked confused.. I asked why didn't anybody help me and she just said did not know what to say of course.. Then she tried to make an excuse talking about maybe there was too many people. I called bullshit. She was then asked me if I wanted to sign up for an account.. Are you freaking kidding me?!?? I'm already pissed for the poor customer service, and she had the nerve to ask me to sign up for something? What a joke? Common sense really isn't as common nowadays. Never coming back to this store again. Only reason why they get 1 star is because of their merchandise but that's it.
