  • We finally managed to get a table on a walk-in on a tuesday night and I am so glad we did. This place lived up to all the hype and then some. The staff was friendly and very accommodating and the restaurant had a very relaxed feel that is so rare on Bay street. The food is the prefect comfort food that soothes the soul bumped up just a notch. I had a glass of the wonderful Caesar sans alcohol and it was strong, pungent and held its own. My SO ordered the seafood stew which I thought might be too creamy but it wasn't. It was a perfect balance of stewiness and seasonings allowing the seafood to be the star. I had the po'boy and could not finish it. The shrimp was perfectly friend and seasoned but what makes this sandwich is the relish on it. - absolutely the best. The burnt marshmallow icrecream sandwich was a perfect finish to a fun evening - one that I intend to replicate over and over again. Thank god I work across the street!!
