I purchased my 2010 Altima at this dealership back when it was named South Charlotte Nissan. While under the warranty, I want to keep using Scott Clark Nissan for service but the name change also brought a change in my service experience and NOT from the service team (who I have never had a problem with).
The sales team is HORRIBLE. I had to block phone numbers from one guy wanting me to trade my car after I told them to not call me anymore unless they were interested in simply swapping keys b/c my car was paid off (I know that's not how it works but thought it would make clear that I am not interested in another car payment right now). So after making it so that they can't call me, they start texting! Who does that?! I tell them the same thing via text thinking maybe if they read it, they will get it. NOPE!.
So then I go in for my oil change, which never takes long, and the guy who was texting me sees somewhere in the system that I am on the premises and comes to find me in the waiting area. I am working on my laptop trying to be productive and he takes a seat and wants to talk about me trading in my car again! 1. I am CLEARLY working. 2. I told you many times I'm not interested. 3. Why would I ever give you commission for harassing me? Now EVERY TIME I go in for maintenance, some sales guy comes to try to talk to me about trading. I've just started ignoring them. If I wanted to buy a car, I would not be sitting in the waiting area...I'd be looking at the cars!
I LOVE my car and will get another Nissan when I want to but I certainly will go to another dealership. The only reason I gave 2 stars is b/c the service team does a good job.
