  • I bought pleaser shoes here and the heel bottom came off in less than 3 weeks after I purchased them. Let me tell u, I've been wearing pleasers for 6 years now, and never has the heel fallen off in 2.5 weeks! It was obviously a defective pair. I walk in and the manager accused me of banging them up! The paint on pleasers chip within the first day or two of use on them everytime due to pole work. Their shoes usually give me at least 4-6 months of usage before breakage, not 3 weeks. The manager wouldn't allow for an exchange and blamed the damage on me despite the fact that the soles still looked brand new and that the pair of shoes I just happened to buy was defective. This was my go to store for dance wear but I will not be returning to give them business again after that incident. They do get a star for a great selection of stuff but I find customer service very important in business, and this is not a place that does it very well!
