  • Poor customer service. I called yesterday to inquire about renting a bike rack. I was very specific in stating that I needed one for an suv rental car that we were picking up for a weekend in Utah. After asking another coworker, the employee on the phone stated that yes they did rent out racks and that they would fit on an suv. Today we went out of our way to go there to rent one only to be told that their racks do not fit on ANY suvs. Now we are at REI buying a $300 rack thanks to the employee on the phone yesterday.
