  • I almost never write reviews! Especially since in this case as i didn't purchase anything. However I went there to buy a battery. I called all over town to get a battery even Apple themselves as i am going out of town Monday and felt my battery was running low to fast. It is early 2011. I called on phone as i did many others , they had a competitively priced battery in stock. But asked me if they could test before selling me a battery. I said sure and I even assured him that it was a bad battery. After all its OLD! He did a complete diagnosis and said he would sell me a new one if I wanted it but explained the type of programs i had opened etc was the issue. He showed me that my battery was preforming at over 85% and net gain would be marginal at best... WHO DOES THAT!? I appreciated there honesty and today after running with only one program at a time on my computer, running for 5 hours now and 65% charge left its working . They got a loyal deferred customer ! YES , I am impressed that there are still a few honest techs out there! :-)) Dan
