  • Yes this Ross is crowded AF, probably one of the many reasons why I have always avoided it. In the last several months I have noticed that the employees here have adapted a great attitude, greeting customers as they walk in, helping people with their purchases while also making sure the checkout line moves as quickly as possible etc. This Ross used to have bare shelves but now they have so many things of great quality, especially in the Home department ( my fave) Yes , the store can still get crowded ,especially on the weekends but I see they are headed in the right direction so I'll keep coming back to snag more awesome deals :)
