  • I applaud anyone that has ever received service from this location. I'm writing a review and I never recieved service... I called two times in one day to speak with a design consultant and both times I got, "He's with a customer, he'll call you in 10mins." Needless to say, no one called back, ever! Then my wife, about 1mos later (yesterday), wanted to give them one more chance, against my better judgment. She, actually got to speak with a consultant (Mike), and she and Mike even made an apt for him to come to the house to provide a design/estimate. Go figure, Mike never showed and never called. My wife even called him after he was 10mins late; he never called back. The next day, my wife called to speak with a manager; however, a manager wasn't available at the time... Can you guess what we were told; YUP! "I'll have the manger called you right back." WOW! to my amazement, we never got that call.... All I have to say is, things happen for a reason. I'm glad I had this experience, because it tells me about the service I would (or wouldn't) have received had I actually allowed them to do my landscaping. Thank you Moon Nursery for saving me a huge headache.
